Hello everyone. My name is Rosie and I am a Italian Spinone. I have recently come to live with the Seaville Setters. I was running off from my previous owner, and she was very worried I would get run over. So I packed my trunk (no I am not a elephant) and moved to the Country. I love it here. I have lots of space and a field to mooch about it. You can usually find me searching out the sheep m**k - which is not encouraged!! I have English Setter friends, Tess and Medwin. We have a large settee, and I love chillin out in the conservatory. My favourite toy is Benny the Banana who squeaks. There is also Charlie Chocolate, and a squeaky carrot. I really like them all. I also like standing in the fish pond. This is also not encouraged, as I trot big wet dirty feet all over the place. Secretly I am hoping to catch the fish.. Mum's the word on that one though.
Hope you like my pictures. Some very nice friends have sent me some Italian Phrases for my web page. If you have any 'nice one's, will you please send them to me.
che cosa c'é
per colazione? (what
is there for breakfast?) A
most important question when visiting any Country! A good breakfast
sees you right until teatime.
che cosa c'é da
mangiare? (what
is there to eat?) Again
a most need to know question.
dell'acqua (some
water) To wash
down the food, and make room for more.
va bene (it's
OK, OK) Better
to keep on the 'right' side of them there humans!
di che gusto? (what
filling? what flavour?) Absolutely
a need to know question. Especially if reordering more of the same.
mi dispiace, non
sono di qui (I'm
sorry, I'm not from
here)
Always works, when in trouble - smile and repeat that phrase - then
leg it.
Ciao Baby Rosie
