One Of
Life's GREAT Mysteries!
Solved
There are all manner of great unanswerable questions out there.
Is there life on other Planets? Apart from English Setters?
Did God make Man?
Why did he give ES waggy tails, that knock everything off?
How long is a piece of string?
And then there is, where do Jaffa Cakes come from? How do they get the jam into the middle of the cake? I think you will agree, they make all the other questions seem pretty irrelevant.
These are the questions that are causing great concern amongst the Seaville Setters, and making for some deep deep thinking.
(Well, not too deep ) they are English Setters, and they do have other things to do. Like pulling the eyes off toys, which seems to be a favourite at the moment.
Could the answers be...The Jaffa Cake Maker (Alias Mr. Kipling)?
The Supermarkets?
Cake tins and cupboards?
The answer to all of these is NO. Without any doubt the Seaville Setters think that Jaffa Cakes come from the Jaffa Cake Mines in Jaffa Land.Deep in the Mountains of Jaffa Land, Jaffa Cakes are mined. Little Jaffamite people work day and night to keep the supply of cakes going. Lovingly made they are then sent out for all Jaffa Cake fans to enjoy. (Or as we Setters say - to stuff your face with)!
They arrive by the lorry load to Jaffa loving fans everywhere. Each cake is filled with a scrumptious jam that is all gooey and yummy. But, how does the jam get into the middle of the Jaffa Cake?To find the answer on this they have searched the high and lows of some parts of Manchester, In deepest darkest Worlsey. (Turn right at the signpost for Wobblers Toy Surgery) ) they have found the answer. Are you ready for it? Draw up a chair, and with a Jaffa cake in hand please be seated.
In the Jaffa Cake mine there are two sides....one where the sponge is made and the other where the chocolate is made. On the ceiling there are Jaffa bees who drop the jam onto the sponge before the chocolate is put on top. The Jaffa Cakes are then put into a box and pushed outside. They are then are sent to Jaffa Cake Lovers everywhere.
This is the position you have to be in, to come up with these amazing solutions.
We have Herbie to thank for this information, who says It's simple really when you think about it....how else could they be made? Herbie we salute you!

A real Jaffa Cakes Fan!(Please be aware that this is only a fun story, and that eating non dog chocolate can be very dangerous for your dog. Poisoning through eating chocolate in on the increase in dogs - and can often be fatal)
